• Detergent: Mild only. Skip fabric softeners and bleach
• Drying: Air-dry flat or hang up. No tumble drying or ironing
• Separation: Wash with like colours to prevent colour bleeding

2. When will my order arrive?

We ship Australia-wide:

• Standard shipping: $10 for orders up to $65, free over $65
• Despatch: 2–3 business days
• Delivery: Usually 3–5 business days, a little longer for remote areas

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, we usually cannot change it. If you spot a mistake fast, email us at info@thiswaysocks.com and we’ll do our best to help.

No worries. We accept returns within 30 days if socks are unworn, unused, in original packaging, and not tried on.
