Shipping Costs

• Orders under $35: $10 standard shipping
• Orders $35 or over: free shipping
• Express shipping for $15 Australia wide

Dispatch Times

We ship orders within 2 to 3 business days.
Once your order is on the move, you will get a tracking email so you can follow your socks on their journey.

Delivery Times

• Standard shipping: usually 3 to 5 business days

Remote or regional locations may take a little longer. Australia is big and socks can only move so fast.

Order Tracking

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
If your tracking looks a bit weird or has not updated for a while, email us at info@thiswaysocks.com and we will help investigate.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If Australia Post misplaces your socks, we will help lodge an investigation.
If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will replace it or refund you.
We want your toes to be happy.

Pre Orders

If we ever run pre orders for limited drops, we will list the expected shipping date on the product page. Orders that include a pre order item will ship together unless stated otherwise.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If the wrong address was entered and the order has already shipped, we cannot redirect it. We will help where we can, but re-shipping fees may apply.
