This Way Socks Returns Policy

We want you to love your socks as much as we do. If something is not quite right, no stress. We have a simple, no fuss returns process that follows the Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind

Changed your mind? Happens to the best of us.

We accept returns within 30 days if the socks are:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • Not tried on (for obvious hygiene reasons... you know why)

If everything checks out, you can choose a refund or store credit.
Return shipping for change of mind is on you.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we have messed up or you have received a faulty pair, we will sort it quickly.

Email info@thiswaysocks.com with:

Your order number

  • A quick note on what happened
  • A photo of the issue

If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will replace it, refund you or give you store credit.
Return shipping is on us for anything that is our fault.


How to Return

  1. Email info@thiswaysocks.com
  2. We will send you the return details
  3. Send your item back with tracked postage
  4. Once it lands with us, we will process your refund or exchange

Keep your tracking details so your socks do not go on an unexpected adventure.


Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was faulty.


Sale Items and Bundles

Sale items can be returned if they meet all the conditions above.
If you return part of a bundle or multi buy offer, your refund will be adjusted to match the discounted price you actually paid.
