Welcome to This Way Socks. Before you start adding colourful socks to your cart, here’s the small print. We’ve kept it simple.

By shopping with us, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, no hard feelings, but you probably shouldn’t buy our socks.

1. Our Products

This Way Socks are bold, comfy, and designed in Australia.

  • Colours may vary slightly from photos as socks aren’t perfect clones
  • We do our best to describe sizes and fit accurately, but everyone’s feet are different
  • All products are sold subject to availability. If something is sold out, we will let you know fast

2. Ordering & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are accurate
  • We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout
  • Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or fraud concerns

3. Shipping

  • Standard shipping: $10 for orders up to $65. Free shipping for orders over $65
  • Orders are usually despatched within 2–3 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates only. Remote areas may take longer
  • Lost parcels will be investigated. We will replace or refund if confirmed lost

4. Returns & Refunds

5. Your Account

If you create an account with us:

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details safe
  • You agree to provide accurate information
  • We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account

6. Intellectual Property

All content on thiswaysocks.com including logos, images, text, designs, and product names is owned by This Way Socks. 
You can look and share, but do not copy, sell, or steal it

7. Limitation of Liability

We love our socks, but we cannot accept responsibility for:

  • Any indirect, special, or consequential losses
  • Use of our website or products in ways that are silly, unsafe, or unexpected

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by Australian law
